Debra Scroggins, mezzo-soprano & composer, has sung extensively throughout the United States and in Europe. She has appeared in concert with the English Chamber Orchestra, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra and many others. Noted conductors for whom she has served as soloist include Sir David Willcocks, Lazlo Heltay and the late Robert Shaw and Eduardo Mata.
