- March 29, 2008 - Bach Easter Oratorio
Debra will again join the Saint Joseph Symphony as alto soloist, this time in Bach's Easter Oratorio. Other soloists will include David Adams, tenor, Megan King, soprano and William Krusemark, bass. Debra Friedman will conduct the orchestra and soloists and will be joined by the St. Joseph Chamber Choir and the MWSU Chamber Singers. Tickets available through Saint Joseph Symphony. Debra will join the Dallas Bach Society, conducted by James Richman as soloist in performances of Scarlatti's Stabat Mater for Ten Solo Voices and in the role of Judas in The Saint Matthew Passion by Schutz. Concerts will be held on March 8 at Zion Lutheran Church, Dallas and on March 9 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, Plano, TX. Tickets are available at the door.

Alto soloist in Handel's masterpiece, Messiah. Other soloists include Jenni Till, soprano, Peter Tiggelaar, tenor and Jeffrey Snider, Bass. Ralph Frederick Stannard conducts the 100-voice Plano Civic Chorus and the Plano Symphony Orchestra. Student may attend free of charge and $20 adult tickets are available in advance or at the door.
